Vincent and Moll tame Laguna Seca
Monterey, California’s Laguna Seca road course hosted the “24 Laps of Monterey” in week four of the Red Sox Racing League’s 2012 Season Two schedule. The 2.23 mile, 11 corner track is arguably one of the most exciting road courses in North America. Action at the track begins with a fast and tricky downhill entry into the Andretti Hairpin in turn two, but fans everywhere come to the track because of the action they see in turn eight. Known as “The Corkscrew”, the tricky corner forces drivers into a sharp downhill left-right series of corners that leaves them feeling like they’ve hopped onto a roller coaster.
